As suggested by the product name 'Breezy Travel', we wanted our customers to travel carefree. With all-round medical and accident protection, the upgraded travel insurance was launched to the market in September 2023.

Be the first mover and echo with target audience

Zurich Insurance has always been the top-of-mind when it comes to travel insurance. That's why we made the first move in launching the new product together with seamless online purchase journey.

We have also created a digital video echoing with customers' travel scenarios and the need of protection along their journey. Watch the video in below!

How effective was the digital campaign?
  • Acquired more than 50,000 travel customers for direct channel with over $5,000,000 gross written premium
  • Achieved a highly efficient 6.43 return on ad spend as a result
