Redefining and repositioning the brand

Working alongside the founder, my job is to understand, dissect and translate the founder's vision into the brand, and turning the brand vision into meaning content and stories.

Delivering content in the new brand identity

To ensure the brand voice being deployed consistently across all communication channels, I am responsible for copywriting and proofreading all outgoing messages.

Implementing automated email campaigns

Having limited manpower and resources is one of the challenges faced by small businesses, hence the need of automated marketing. Multiple touchpoints along the customer journeys are implemented, such as welcome series, abandoned cart and win-back campaigns.

What's been achieved?
  • eCommerce sales from email channel have improved by 12% with just one automated campaign
  • Google Search & PMax campaigns have achieved a highly effective ROAS of 3.21, with CPC below $1.
  • Effort of local SEO has successfully boosted retail orders from the area
